WSET Level 3 Exam refers to the internationally recognized Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) qualification, which is the third-level qualification offered by the WSET. The exam is designed to provide advanced knowledge and understanding of wines and spirits and their production, regions, and styles.

The WSET Level 3 Exam comprises of two parts; the Theory Exam and the Tasting Exam. The Theory Exam tests the candidate's knowledge and understanding of the global wine and spirit industry, while the Tasting Exam assesses the candidate's ability to identify the wine's origin, grape variety, and production method.

The Theory Exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and four short-answer questions and lasts for two hours. Candidates must score at least 55% to pass the Theory Exam.

The Tasting Exam consists of two blind tastings of wine and spirits. Candidates must correctly identify the grape variety, country of origin or region, winemaking and aging techniques, and quality level of each sample. The Tasting Exam lasts for 30 minutes.

To pass the WSET Level 3 Exam, candidates must pass both the Theory and Tasting Exams. Successful candidates will receive an internationally recognized WSET Level 3 Certificate, demonstrating their advanced knowledge and understanding of wines and spirits.
