Ingredients:

- Sticky rice flour (500g)

- Jujube flower (50g)

- Brown sugar (100g)

- Cold water (550mL)

- Vegetable oil (for greasing)

Instructions:

1. Sift the sticky rice flour into a large mixing bowl.

2. Add the cold water and mix until the mixture becomes a smooth batter.

3. Wash the jujube flowers and chop them into small pieces.

4. Add the chopped jujube flowers and brown sugar to the batter and mix well.

5. Grease a heatproof bowl with vegetable oil, making sure to evenly coat the entire bowl.

6. Pour the batter into the greased bowl, making sure there is enough room for the batter to rise during steaming.

7. Place the bowl in a steamer and steam for 40-45 minutes until the cake is set and cooked through.

8. Remove the bowl from the steamer and let it cool for a few minutes before turning it out onto a plate.

9. Cut the cake into bite-sized pieces and serve.
